Winter Bluzzz Chest & Feet Rub
INGREDIENTS:
100g Coconut Oil
30g Shea Butter
20g Beeswax pellets
6 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
6 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
6 drops of R.C Essential Oil
or
6 drops of Winter Nights Essential Oil
6 drops of Thieves Essential Oil
6 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
6 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil

METHOD:
Add Coconut oil, Shea butter, and Beeswax into a double boiler or thermomix to melt. (making sure beeswax is well melted)
Add all Essential Oils and mix well.
place into the fridge until cold.
remove and whip in Thermomix or a high speed cake mixer.
scoop into containers or jars, add the lid.

NOTE: Peppermint Essential oil is NOT recommend for babies up to 1 years old.

if make for your children please only use
2-5 year old 1 drop of Peppermint Oil.
5 to 12 year old 2 drops of Peppermint Oil.
12 and up this recipe is fine.
NingXia Red Gummies
Ingredients:

1 cup NingXia Red
-
1½ teaspoons agar powder (vegan gelatin alternative)

4 teaspoons honey

3 drops of Grapefruit culinary essential oil

3 drops Lime culinary essential oil

Silicon moulds
Method:

Combine the NingXia Red, agar powder, and honey in a saucepan. Mix with a metal spoon until fully dissolved and heat on medium-high.

Once boiling, remove from heat immediately and stir in the essential oils. Taste for sweetness. The mixture should be almost too sweet, since the flavours will mellow during cooling.

Pour the mixture into silicon molds.

Let your molds cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour until set.

Keep leftovers in the fridge or a cool place.
